關於本校學歷驗證需提供相關資料之說明

學歷驗證資料寄送方式：

  • 傳真：05-6315125
  • 電子郵件：aad-r@nfu.edu.tw
  • 正式來函：發函至本校教務處教學業務組

請一併提供以下文件，以利學歷驗證作業進行：

  1. 中文或英文畢業證書影本
  2. 由貴公司或相關機構出具之校友學歷查驗同意書

Submission Methods for Academic Credential Verification

  • Official Correspondence: Send an official letter to the Division of Academic Affairs, Office of Academic Affairs, National Formosa University

To proceed with the academic credential verification, please also provide the following documents:

  1. A copy of the graduation diploma/certificate in Chinese or English
  2. A consent form for alumni academic credential verification issued by your company or relevant institution
