學歷查驗
每年畢業季到來，校友們執畢業證書繼續升學或就業，皆會透過學歷查證管道查驗是否為本校畢業校友。
學歷查驗服務僅限公司、機構或相關單位提出申請，由申請單位檢附相關資料送交本校辦理；不受理學生本人對自身學歷之查驗申請。

- 傳真：05-6315125
- 電子郵件：aad-r@nfu.edu.tw
- 正式來函：發函至本校教務處教學業務組
- 中文或英文『畢業證書影本』或中文或英文『歷年成績單』
- 由貴公司或本校提供或相關機構出具之校友學歷查驗同意書

Every year during graduation season, alumni receive their diplomas and proceed to further studies or employment. To verify whether an individual is a graduate of our university, academic credential verification services are available.
Academic credential verification services are available only to companies, institutions, or relevant organizations. Applications must be submitted by the requesting organization with the required supporting documents to the University for processing. Requests for verification submitted by students for their own academic credentials will not be accepted.
◆ Methods for Submitting Academic Credential Verification Documents:

- Official Correspondence: Please send an official request letter to the Academic Services Section, Office of Academic Affairs of our university.
◆ When applying for academic credential verification, please be sure to submit the following documents to facilitate the verification process:
- A copy of the diploma (in Chinese or English) or an academic transcript (in Chinese or English)
- A signed Consent Form for Academic Credential Verification provided by your company, our university, or the relevant institution
